After a day (one of several lately) filled with some fear, triggering some anxiety and depression, a post on social media helped me get some great affirmations from friends and family. Among the comments was a link to a great Harvard Business Review article. This video is some thoughts on being present with what is, practicing kindness, compassion and Gratitude.
